This course will be an introductory workshop to the healing techniques of CranialSacral Therapy and the influences on our parasympathetic nervous system. Experience the effects of bringing the body into stillness and learn how to apply the techniques to both yourself and others. Suitable for RMTs, energy workers, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, and those who who are curious about intuitive touch. No prior bodywork or yoga experience required.
