My practice is focused on activating the parasympathetic nervous system through medium pressure therapeutic massage techniques with the integration of craniosacral therapy. If you are looking for deep tissue sports massage, I may not be the right therapist for you.

60 MIN $181.42+hst  | 90 MIN $238.94+hst

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of the full amount of your appointment. Please note this policy still applies in the event of illness or emergencies.
